Payment is required 48 hours before the scheduled tour date. Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars and include applicable taxes. We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled departure receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations initiated by peak-nest result in full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.
You may request to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for certain premium experiences.
Participants must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by an adult guardian. Certain experiences may have specific age restrictions for safety reasons.
You are responsible for ensuring you are physically capable of participating in your selected experience. Inform us of any medical conditions or mobility limitations that may affect your participation.
Participants must follow guide instructions and behave respectfully toward other participants, guides, and third parties. We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.
